Hearing

If a provider is still dissatisfied after having a review and the amount in controversy is $100 or more, the provider may request a hearing.

• Hearing requests must be submitted in writing.
• The amount to be paid that is at issue must total at least $100.
• The hearing request must be received within six months of the review decision date.
