Discuss any prior interventions, treatments, or medications attempted, and any secondary complaints the patient has.

Example: Patient reports seeing primary care physician (PCP) 2 weeks ago and taking Flexiril 10 mg @ bedtime without good results.

If patient has not seen another physician or tried any interventions before presenting to you, indicate "no" or "none" in the documentation.
